Refund & Return Policy

We can only accept the return of Charis Fragrances products purchased through our official website charisfragrances.com within 28 days after the delivery date, provided they are not used and sealed in their original packaging.

The order must be returned in its entirety.

The return shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer.

For refunds, they are issued after the product inspection and can take 1-7 business days to process, depending on the bank
